Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor assists in the repair and maintenance of all residential and community equipment, both interior and exterior, within an upscale Senior Living community. This role involves training and supervising maintenance staff, managing inventory and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and life safety inspections. The position requires a hospitality-minded professional to oversee plant operations in the Health Center.
