Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor leads day-to-day maintenance execution within Thorne’s manufacturing operations, ensuring equipment and systems are maintained safely and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. This role provides frontline leadership to maintenance teams, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and project execution to minimize downtime and improve reliability. The position serves as a critical link between strategy and hands-on production floor execution, collaborating closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality departments.
