Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the day-to-day and long-term operations of the maintenance department, ensuring the upkeep of all hotel rooms, building exteriors, and public and back-of-house spaces. This role involves coordinating with the Chief Engineer to schedule regular maintenance, manage projects, and ensure all hotel equipment, including HVAC and electrical systems, is properly maintained. The position requires a proactive approach to monitoring the property's condition and fostering strong interdepartmental relationships to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
