Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees and supervises designated maintenance associates while performing general maintenance duties, routine inspections, and repairs under the direction of the Maintenance Manager. This role involves providing guidance, executing procedures, and maintaining a preventative maintenance program to ensure the resort's facilities are in optimal condition. The position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
