Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the preservation and upkeep of the property and the safety of all maintenance personnel under the direct supervision of the Community Manager. This role involves ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, local building codes, and company safety policies while performing scheduled maintenance and repairs on all property equipment and units. The position requires supervising subordinate maintenance personnel, participating in emergency coverage schedules, and maintaining professional relationships with residents and vendors.
