Maintenance Supervisor

This role involves supervising, instructing, and motivating a team to meet or exceed departmental goals and objectives within a manufacturing environment. The position requires administering company policies, managing daily activities, and ensuring efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials to promote safety, quality, and customer service.
