Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the ongoing maintenance of all corporate facilities, coordinating building systems' preventative maintenance schedules and implementing facilities plans to support projects. This role involves managing maintenance staff, developing corporate facilities budgets, and serving as a liaison between internal customers, contractors, and executive management. The position ensures the effective and efficient operation of all credit union buildings while maintaining compliance with established policies and federal regulations.
