Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees maintenance and grounds personnel while managing ongoing maintenance needs, vendor coordination, and apartment make-ready turns. This role requires completing service requests for plumbing, carpentry, and light electrical work, as well as performing preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC and other mechanical systems. The position also involves on-call availability for after-hour emergencies and grounds maintenance including snow removal.
