Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and repair of the resort property, including buildings, systems, and grounds, to ensure a safe and attractive environment for guests and staff. This role involves leading the maintenance team, coordinating with outside vendors, and responding to guest service requests and emergency situations. The position requires a blend of technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, along with strong leadership and organizational skills to manage preventive maintenance and staff operations.
