Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the general operating maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds to ensure proper care of the assigned community(s) in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards/regulations and company policies. The role involves supervising scheduled maintenance on various systems, responding to resident maintenance requests, and ensuring the timely repair and maintenance of vacated rooms and common areas. Additionally, the position requires training maintenance staff, maintaining positive communication with local authorities, and conducting in-service fire safety training for all employees.
