Maintenance Supervisor

CSP is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for all shifts at its Salisbury, NC plant to organize daily work plans, prioritize tasks, and ensure maintenance work is completed on time, within budget, and safely. The role involves mentoring maintenance teams, advocating for process improvements, and applying a strong understanding of hydraulics to maintain and troubleshoot equipment. The supervisor will collaborate with other departments to minimize disruptions and ensure all team members follow safe work practices.
