Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor provides daily leadership and direction to line maintenance mechanics, prioritizing maintenance work and coordinating repairs to drive equipment reliability, safety, and operational uptime. This role partners cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety to resolve equipment issues, execute improvement projects, and sustain preventive maintenance programs. The position is responsible for leading a team, managing employee scheduling, and promoting a safe work environment while supporting continuous improvement and cost control efforts.
