Maintenance Supervisor

Summit Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for The Arbor At Cotton Grove in Lexington, NC. The role involves overseeing routine maintenance, landscaping, and cleaning schedules while ensuring the property remains within budget. The supervisor will also manage contract work, maintain an inventory of tools and accessories, and serve as an on-call emergency contact. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, along with basic computer proficiency.
