Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor leads maintenance personnel and oversees the safe, efficient execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance at a natural gas-fired combined-cycle power plant. This role coordinates daily maintenance, work planning, contractor activities, and outage support for combustion turbines, steam turbines, HRSGs, and associated plant systems. The position drives equipment reliability, employee development, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement to support plant performance and availability.
