The Maintenance Surveyor will be responsible for pre‑ and post‑inspection reporting for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs across Manchester, Salford, Bolton and the surrounding Greater Manchester area. Reporting to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager, the role involves planning and coordinating repair, maintenance and construction work, undertaking building surveys, identifying defects and risks, and ensuring work meets KPIs and quality standards.
