Natural Factors
The Maintenance Systems & Reliability Lead will take ownership of the maintenance systems strategy, optimize CMMS effectiveness, and lead reliability initiatives to improve equipment performance across manufacturing operations. This hands-on role combines technical expertise, data-driven decision making, and a strong shop-floor presence to support manufacturing success. The position requires driving preventive and predictive maintenance programs, analyzing equipment failures, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
