Maintenance Team Advisor- Day Shift

The Maintenance Team Advisor supervises a team of technicians to ensure routine and non-routine maintenance activities meet quality and safety standards within a manufacturing facility. This role involves coordinating daily schedules, enforcing safety protocols like those in OSHA and food safety regulations, and managing maintenance budgets and KPIs. The position requires technical expertise in manufacturing equipment and the ability to implement world-class maintenance practices such as TPM and Lean Maintenance.
