Maintenance Tech I

The Maintenance Technician I is primarily responsible for the property’s maintenance functions for a supportive housing facility, including working with the janitorial team on unit turnovers, daily repairs, and scheduled preventive maintenance. This role requires relating well to diverse populations and exercising good judgment when interacting with residents, staff, visitors, and vendors. The position operates within a fast-paced environment and involves coordinating with outside vendors to ensure work is performed safely and to performance specifications.
