Maintenance Tech II

The Maintenance Tech II at Greensprings Vacation Resort is responsible for maintaining guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure a well-maintained property and excellent guest relations. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing appliances, plumbing, and HVAC controls, as well as performing preventative maintenance and cosmetic repairs. The position requires effective communication with guests and staff, detailed record keeping, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
