Maintenance Tech II

The Facilities Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of campus buildings, equipment, and related infrastructure to support a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment. This position is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance, identifying and resolving facility-related issues, and assisting with repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, irrigation, and other building systems within the employee's training and authorization. The Facilities Maintenance Technician works both independently and collaboratively with the Buildings & Grounds team to support the organization's daily operations and mission.
