Maintenance Tech III- 2nd Shift

The Maintenance Tech III- 2nd Shift is responsible for providing superior service to internal and external customers while performing a wide range of maintenance tasks including electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and mechanical work. The role involves repairing and installing various systems such as audio, television, CCTV, and alarm systems, as well as maintaining boilers, refrigeration equipment, and structural woodwork. This position requires the ability to operate specialized tools and machinery, perform preventative maintenance checks, and work in varying environmental conditions to ensure the proper operation of all property equipment.
