About this role

The Maintenance Tech assists in all phases of maintenance, transportation, and groundskeeping tasks throughout the Otterbein Campus. This full-time role involves completing assigned jobs related to painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, moving, mechanical, and other general repairs. The position also includes assisting with scheduled transportation and maintaining a safe, secure environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
Assist with scheduled transportation and moving of residents' furnishings
Maintain fire safety documentation and conduct equipment testing and logs
