Maintenance Tech

The Maintenance Tech is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical plant within an upscale senior living community, performing preventive maintenance, routine servicing, and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems. This role requires independent problem-solving, excellent time management, and a proactive approach to ensuring the property remains in excellent condition. The position involves providing exceptional customer service to residents while adhering to safety protocols and completing assigned maintenance tasks efficiently.
