As a Maintenance Technician 3 (MT3), you will be a key technical subject matter expert ensuring high equipment availability rates through preventive and predictive maintenance processes. You will rapidly troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, restore equipment to service, and collaborate with others to perform Root Cause Analysis for equipment failures. The role involves optimizing material handling equipment, handling multiple projects, and working with a sense of urgency to solve difficult problems.
