Maintenance Technician 3

The Maintenance Technician 3 will assist in the day-to-day maintenance of community property and village residences while directing other staff members on repairs and maintenance matters. This full-time role involves supervising maintenance staff, troubleshooting major repairs for A/C, plumbing, and electrical systems, and identifying equipment problems in conjunction with contractors. The position requires a candidate with at least eight years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED.
