Maintenance Technician 3rd shift 930p-6a

The Maintenance Technician will work the 3rd shift to assist the Director of Maintenance with continuous improvement activities and serve as a subject matter expert on various equipment. This role involves coaching team members on equipment standard work and executing preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance to drive OEE improvement. The position requires minimal supervision to resolve mechanical and electrical issues while maintaining a safe and organized working environment.
