About this role

This role is based at the Malta site Fab 8, a 300mm leading edge semiconductor manufacturing facility, where the Maintenance Technician Apprentice monitors, sustains, and improves equipment and processes. The position involves performing preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and communicating status updates to the Lead Tech and/or Engineer. Apprentices complete four college courses through HVCC during an 18-24 month program, with eligibility for promotion to a Level 2 Maintenance Technician upon successful completion.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor equipment
Monitor and troubleshoot equipment performance to resolve issues
Communicate equipment status updates to leads and engineers
