The Maintenance Technician I is an entry-level position responsible for learning and assisting with scheduled maintenance tasks, equipment repairs, and documentation within a 24/7 manufacturing environment. The role requires quick acquisition of skills related to electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while adhering to safety protocols. The technician supports production line maintenance, preventative maintenance processes, and plant projects under the direction of the Maintenance Manager.
