Maintenance Technician Commercial

This position is primarily responsible for ensuring that the employee’s assigned building's lighting and plumbing systems are maintained to manufacturer's specifications as well as the organization’s maintenance standards. The role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs, responding to tenant and client requests, and handling emergencies in a professional and safe manner. The employee will also document maintenance activities and communicate findings to supervisors.
