About this role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of all plant machinery and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires familiarity with various production machinery, including blow mold equipment, conveyor systems, and packaging tools, while ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards. The technician will perform predictive and preventive maintenance, repair defective parts, and guide other staff in the safe operation of equipment.
