Maintenance Technician (Facilities)

About this role
The Maintenance Technician performs upkeep and repairs for vacant and occupied apartments, commercial spaces, clinics, and common areas across Cascadia properties in the Portland metro area. The role ensures vacant units are restored to market-ready condition, maintains building systems and equipment, and supports the Housing Department’s asset preservation goals. The technician is expected to travel between sites regularly and operate a company vehicle as a mobile workspace.
