About this role

The Floating Maintenance Technician travels between Birgo apartment properties across the Greater Pittsburgh area to support maintenance operations and ensure units are ready for occupancy. The technician partners with on-site teams to help meet property goals and deadlines and works independently to complete projects. This is a full-time, scheduled Monday–Friday role that does not require on-call work.
