The Maintenance Tech is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s physical plant, equipment, and grounds to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance. The role supports building upkeep through routine and preventative maintenance and performs general repairs across guest rooms, common areas, and exterior spaces.
