Maintenance Technician I

This role involves performing routine repairs and maintenance on buildings and grounds, including minor work in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. The incumbent will also conduct preventive maintenance on machinery, monitor contract services, and handle emergency calls while ensuring building security. Physical tasks include moving furniture, repairing walls and floors, and maintaining equipment supplies under Property Manager supervision.
