Maintenance Technician I

The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for proactively and reactively repairing processing and packaging equipment to maintain safe, efficient, and quality manufacturing standards within the factory. The role involves performing predictive and preventative maintenance on production equipment, supporting problem-solving and reliability improvements, and assisting with continuous improvement activities. This position requires flexibility to work all shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while ensuring high machine utilization and low scrap levels.
