Maintenance Technician I

The Maintenance Technician I supports property upkeep by completing routine repairs, performing basic maintenance tasks, and assisting with inspections and preventative maintenance. This role is designed to build essential trade skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry while preparing the technician for advancement within the multifamily maintenance team. The position requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, along with active participation in on-call and emergency service requests.
