Maintenance Technician I

The Maintenance Technician I performs a full range of maintenance assignments using independent judgment to make decisions requiring the application of procedures and practices to specific work situations. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor or designate and is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, plumbing facilities, and electrical systems. The role also involves conducting preventative maintenance, performing building and masonry repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.
