Maintenance Technician I

The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for maintaining the cosmetic appearance of all buildings and grounds, both interior and exterior, across the property. This role requires familiarity with Hilton Grand Vacations procedures, OSHA standards, and safety protocols, while demonstrating flexibility in handling diverse situations involving guests, owners, and associates. The position demands basic knowledge in various trades including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical equipment, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, flooring repair, and general building maintenance.
