About this role
The Maintenance Technician at Action Property Management supports a luxury high-rise HOA in downtown San Diego by ensuring the upkeep, safety, and functionality of all common areas and building systems. Reporting to the Chief Building Engineer, the role focuses on maintaining mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life safety systems while assisting with inspections and compliance. The position also includes responding to building emergencies such as floods, fires, and power outages and contributing to a safe, well-maintained environment for residents. Continuous hands-on training is provided with a track toward advancement to a Building Engineer role.
