Maintenance Technician II

Neighborly Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to manage maintenance operations at the Wade Creek Commons/Wade Park property. This role ensures the property is well-maintained, complies with all legal and safety regulations, and meets residents' needs with high-quality service. The position involves overseeing apartment turnovers, grounds maintenance, vendor services, and emergency on-call duties while collaborating with the Community Manager.
