Maintenance Technician II

The Maintenance Technician II supports the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical assets of the community, performing general repairs, apartment make-readies, and preventive maintenance. This role involves coordinating vendor services, responding to emergency issues, and maintaining property grounds and common areas. The position may lead to promotion to Maintenance Supervisor and requires flexibility to work weekends, on-call, and holidays.
