The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of all units, buildings, and common areas throughout the property. This role involves performing general maintenance, responding to guest needs, and executing preventative maintenance projects to ensure a positive guest experience. The position requires troubleshooting and repairing various systems, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, while adhering to safety standards and company procedures.
