Maintenance Technician II

The Maintenance Technician II performs skilled maintenance, repair, and construction of district buildings and equipment in one or more craft or trade. This role involves leading other maintenance workers and technicians, working independently in trades such as carpentry, locksmith, mason, roofing, and audiovisual repair. The position requires prioritizing, scheduling, and coordinating the work of assigned staff to ensure the safe and orderly condition of school buildings.
