Maintenance Technician II

The Maintenance Technician II works closely with the Maintenance Director to maintain mechanical plant equipment and the physical environment of the building and grounds at a faith-based, nonprofit rehabilitation and skilled geriatric care facility. This full-time role involves performing preventive maintenance and repairs on building equipment, handling basic carpentry and painting tasks, and assisting with snow removal operations. The position requires a candidate with prior building maintenance experience who is interested in working with elders and persons with disabilities.
