Maintenance Technician II

A Maintenance Technician II at a rapidly growing Property Management Team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the physical integrity of an apartment community. The role involves performing various maintenance duties, including grounds care, preventive and emergency repairs, and make-readies. This position requires a self-starter with a broad understanding of general building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
