Maintenance Technician II

This part-time role involves maintaining and enhancing the physical integrity of an apartment community through general building maintenance, custodial, and grounds work. The position covers all aspects of property maintenance, including preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency tasks. The role requires a self-starter with a basic understanding of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and A/C systems.
