Maintenance Technician II

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for maintaining guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure an attractive and well-maintained property, with a primary focus on guest relations and problem resolution. The role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall, plumbing, and appliance repair, while ensuring high standards of service and communication with engineering leadership.
