Maintenance Technician II

The Maintenance Technician II is a journey-level position responsible for performing specialized mechanical and plumbing preventative maintenance, as well as skilled building and equipment repairs. This role requires intermediate experience across various trades, including drywall, painting, carpentry, electrical, and appliance repair, while maintaining tools and equipment in proper condition. The technician prioritizes work assignments, participates in emergency drills, and may be required for 24-hour on-call duties including occasional weekends and nights.
