About this role

The Facilities Technician at YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish is responsible for maintaining and repairing a diverse portfolio of residential and program buildings across King and Snohomish counties. The role supports the safe, efficient operation of facilities and housing through both hands-on maintenance and coordination with vendors and staff. This position is embedded in a social justice–oriented organization and operates within an anti-racist, trauma-informed framework. It requires working closely with tenants, coworkers, and community partners in environments serving people furthest from opportunity.
