About this role

The Maintenance Technician, Multifamily (Multi-Site) is responsible for assisting with the operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties. This role ensures quality move-ins, residential satisfaction, and superior customer service by responding to resident requests and maintaining common areas, pools, and amenities. The position requires knowledge of maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, and general carpentry, along with adherence to safety procedures and fair housing laws.

Responsibilities

Perform make ready apartment repairs including painting and carpet repairs
Troubleshoot and repair commercial building systems and maintenance equipment
Respond to resident service requests and maintain property grounds and amenities
